Speak with us before returning cabinetry or accessories. Written authorization is required. The answer depends on the stage of the order, product condition, packaging, series, finish and applicable manufacturer or distributor policy.
Preserve the delivery record
Photograph the issue and keep item labels, packaging and paperwork. Share the order reference, item code and quantity before any installation or alteration.
Understand final-sale pieces
Modified, installed, assembled, clearance, special-order or post-delivery damaged items may not be returnable. An approved return may involve freight and restocking costs. The written order confirmation governs if it has more specific terms.
