Prepare the room for its cabinets
Cabinets can be collected at an eligible warehouse or delivered by freight. Plan the arrival with the same care given to the finish and proportions of the room.
Collecting the cabinet package
Houston and Jacksonville offer free warehouse pickup with no handling fee when a billing or delivery address lies within 50 miles. Jacksonville serves the Little Rock area. Wait until stock, payment and the ready-for-pickup notice are confirmed before traveling.
Check free pickup
Free warehouse pickup is available when your delivery or billing address is within 50 miles of either location. Pickup is not home delivery.
A considered delivery plan
Freight shipments may need an appointment, a clear truck route, unloading support and dry indoor storage. Free warehouse pickup does not provide transport to the project.
A cabinet freight allowance appears in the cart, including residential and liftgate allowances by default. The delivery address, item count, weight, carrier service and site access are checked before shipment release.
Inspect before the room takes shape
Cabinets ship unassembled. Count cartons and inspect their visible condition before signing. Photograph visible damage or shortages, record them on the carrier receipt, and report freight damage within two days. Keep the packaging and labels during review.
